MEET & BUILD 2023 got off to a great start on Thursday, October 26 with the international meetings! Some thirty associations, schools, public organizations and studios gave presentations on this first day dedicated to the Belgian video game industry. We were also honored to welcome France as our guest of honor, in the presence of the French Ambassador to Belgium, M. François Sénémaud, and our Secretary of State for Digitization, Mathieu Michel.

In Room 4, there was a pitch session for Belgian and international studios, as well as a presentation of the Tax Shelter by SPF Financeof the Creative Europe Media and the WALGA General Meeting. Studios presenting their projects and/or services:

From Thursday to Friday, participants gathered at the Brasserie du Quai10 to meet for meetings via the app Brella. We counted a total of 232 meetings!
The day ended with enthusiasm and appetite at the opening reception at the Brasserie, hosted by theFrench Embassy in Belgium.
