Data Protection Authority (DPA) is an independent control body responsible for ensure compliance with the fundamental principles of personal data protection. The APD was created within the Belgian House of Representatives and is therefore a public authority. During the webinar, Jade To Thanh will develop these different points:
- Introducing the DPA and its missions: raising awareness of personal data protection;
- How to comply with the RGPD? A few basic principles? Scope of application, role of the parties, legal basis for processing, RGPD principles, documentation, etc;
- Conclusion and Q&A.
